Is all of your time in H-3's? Besides training?

All my fleet time is in the H-3. As a flight instructor I racked up lots of time in the TH-57 (Bell 206). If I get selected for a Department Head job next year then I will transition to the H-60S some time in 2012. As of now I leave this ship next Feb and head over to NWDC (Naval Warfare Development Command). They do future (like 20 years in the future) development.
