There already is! It's called the '14 Shelby GT500 Super Snake. It can only be purchased from Shelby of Las Vegas directly. I think it's around $150,000 though. 850 hp. On pump gas and 1000 hp. with pulley change, race tune, and C16 race fuel.

Yea I actually looked into it when a buddy of mine bought a 2013 GT500 (stk from dealer car). You have to supply the new GT500 from the dealer to Shelby to start with. Then Shelby go's to work on the transformation. They keep all the stock/GT500 parts taken off the car. $150,000 is only for Shelby's work!
