Think so? I was surprised that ZL1 did as well as it did. I figured that eliminating the dig would totally benefit the lighter, higher powered, Mustang.

Very close to the same weight and 82hp advantage to the GT500. I think it turned out about right

Ya can't change stupid. I said this guy was gonna kill somebody when he was doing those silly donuts coming within 2-3 feet of spectators cars. Just give him time, someone will get seriously hurt if not dead. We really don't need his kind running loose.

Not at all concerned for the drivers---dumb is dumb---but when you kill or maim an innocent person, that is stupid. How would they feel if it were their wife and kid that got killed by some stupid street racer? Shoe on the other foot seems to change attitudes.

But, ya cant' fix stupid so hoping I am on the jury for one of them when they do kill someone.

I race all the time in traffic. But we usually go from a dig and never even make it into very deep into third. My roll races are limited to reasonable speeds for conditions. It's one thing to jump from 35 to 55 when the speed limit is 45. It's the speeds these guys are traveling at that worry me. All it takes is one non participating mini van making a sudden lane change and someone is going to get hurt.

I don't. We do digs from a light. We do rolls on the highway. I would never race like you guys do in crowded areas.

How come the GT500 didn't do better?
