gtm out of paint and running

For those of you that have sent me pms the car is out of paint and I drove it the other day without the body,fastest thing I have ever driven has less hp than my truck and cobra but the thing just hooks and goes and at almost 500 hp and 2300 lbs it is quick as lightning.

had my eye on one of those for like two years. i have followed the gtm from concept to kit. you running ls7? where did you find the transaxle? who did your build? if you dont mind telling did you finish build including kit for less than the claimed 45K?

I am building myself,I have about 60 k invested but I went a little wild.450 hp ls1,pro built g 50 transaxle,brandwood cable shifter,nordskog digital dash,very expensive paint job,etc,etc

If your a member you'll recognize this name, I sent Shane a list of things I wanted on mine and it came out to about $90k. That included alcantara interior, LS7 motor, GT3 tranny, brembo brakes, hre wheels, a/c, carbon splitter, carbon wing, etc.

Still loving this car.... But that '33 Roadster kit they just came out with is really hitting my hot button. I just love the look and versatility of being able to switch from a 3-window coupe to a roadster.... at will. :rock: For around $40k complete, I'm not sure it can be beat.
