it's called the drozd blackbird, you can buy it from various online shops, pyramid air is one, this is a heavaly modded version, the stock gun shoots at 350-450-600 rps@ 550-600 fps but not full auto , only single shot or three and six round bursts, a "chip" is all that is required to convert to the full auto single or three round modes at 600-950-1200 rpm. and yup it is legal but I think there are some problems getting this in canada..visit this site
