There are a couple things I really like about it.
First is it's unique. You will never see another one like it. Second is it's minimalistic. Is that a word? Well, what I mean is that if it has a function, it's there. It's not over done.
Now my guess is it's not something you would want to ride for more than 50 miles at a stretch as I'm thinking it may not be that comfortable.
Now for the important part. It may handle okay, or it may be a total POS. Bike manufactures spend a lot of time, effort and money perfecting the handling of a bike. Nothing like getting a death wobble at 70 MPH to make your asshole tighten up so tight you won't shit for 3 weeks. Sometimes hand built bikes are like that. Great to look at, but not much joy to ride.
I don't know who this builder is, so I would be careful.
