I haven't been on lately, and was curious if it's been down the track yet... I mean someone's got to beat the QC's record, right?

No.

Just finished the break-in mileage not long ago.;) Besides, if you couldn't guess from Silverback's pissing and moaning, the weather has sucked out loud around here. Even with the very soft compound Hoosiers, it's generally been too cold (the couple days it's been dry) to hook.

Just need to do an oil change, replace the plugs, fill up the water/meth, and coordinate with my tuner to dial this bad boy in.

Oh, and all this stuff needs to be installed:

Nitrous system
Mondo Bypass Valve
DTS axle
Cal-Tracs
Drive shaft loop
Slicks & beadlocks on rims
Nana's Roll cage (sooner or later ;) )

Who is doing your video for your run at the track? If you need someone let me know.

Who did you use for the tuning? I'm almost done with my build and need to find someone in the northwest, if I can't get Joe out here when I'm done.

John Reed, out of Portland. He's the one who pioneered the AEM adaptation for the GENIII engine.

(He's one of the reasons why Hennessey's machines work well now.)

I think you are afraid to drive it!!!

Whats going on with the Stude engine/project??? Did you keep that Merlin engine?

Do you have a number or shop name ? A friend of mind told me of a guy with a 1,000 plus HP viper in east county, but could not remember the name of the shop. Same guy? Thanks.

Are you hearing differently than I am on Joes visit? My engine is SUPPOSED to ship this week. I am not holding my breath though, as Joe is distracted with the 6 cars and trucks including 505's that are going to the Pinks event.

But Joe has told me he is still coming to do the tune, he will just have to bump some of the other schedules to accommodate. After all, I have been on his books for a tune since December.
