Out of all the different name brand headers and high flow cats out on the market which brand is the better of them all ? I know everyone has there own preferance but i was just wondering which brand to go with. :marchmellow:

Those American Racing headers look nice. big tubing and nice collectors.

Stay with stock headers, punch out your cats........

Bassani shorty headers....long tubes will give a little more power but at almost double the cost....depends on your budget........the savings would get you a tune and more.........with way more HP increase than the LTs....BTW..welcome to the forum..

Do you have the bassani's.If so are there any heat related problems, like having to wrap them.

I do have the Bassanis...they instruct you to heat wrap certain areas...steering linkage, starter, and maybe something else..cant remember.......but not a problem.......you dont wrap the header..

Headers are cool, but bang for the buck, just get catless mids. You will get more cheap HP and way more tone. Expect a loudass truck. Woke my neighbors up at 6 am this morning........oopps!

JMB justin has some nice catless mids at a great price. He is a vendor and a truck owner here.

Belangers LT and high flow cats, great sound and keeps the exhaust gasses away, built for low end torque.

B&B make the best headers, catless mids and catback, but like they said its an expensive HP,if you keep looking around here there's lots of deals on headers and mids all the time here, just gotta be patient. I have Mopar LT's I like the looks of them how the pipes are all twisty and bend all over, some of the others are just out and down side by side.
