headers cats or no cats???

hey im looking to pick up a set of Long tube Belangers headers, jw is it worth getting the high flow cats?? or just run with out. What will give you more HP high flow or no cats, i live where we have to do emission tests, so will high flow cats or no cats pass emissions?????, ( its like the smog test or check you guys have south of the boarder ) Also the oxygen sensors ( all new to me give me a break haha) do they hook right up to the new exhaust system an is there 2 or 4 sensors :dontknow:

depends on if they do a visual /sniff test or just plug into your obdII?

ive got long tubes, with high flow cats, and two 3 inch viper mufflers out the back and its more than loud enough on WOT.. insane loud... and when driving highway speeds the drone is not bad at all and relatively quiet for what it is... id say definitely high flow cats at a minimum
