HELP Truck won't start

Checked the harness and didn't find any damage anywhere. I wasn't sure where to check it for power. I can hear something make a noise like a solinoid making contact somewhere around the fuel tank when I turn on the key though. I have never heard anything that sounds like a pump running. I am going to pull the pump tomorrow. I will let everyone know what I find.
