Home projects??

I redid the landscaping on the side of my house. Projects always start out small and end up costing WAY more than you thought. $1500 later I have flowerbeds and new plants, and a shitload of mulch.

I love the outcome but some of plants have died.......that sucks when they cost $25 a plant. Cats have decided my mulch makes for a great litterbox!! F#ckers!!!! Got some red pepper shit in their now which they dont like.

Nice, i am having a hard enough time keeping my grass green right now:)

Drought or too much rain? I have to water way more in the summer than in the winter our rainy season. Water isnt cheap either.....about $80 a month for my tiny yard.

..... I built that place from the ground-up, basically.... It was 1100sf when I moved in, and was 2700 sf when I sold it. ..... The dude that bought it, bought it "partially" furnished, because he LOVED most of the stuff I'd collected over the years (5 years  ).... It was at the height of the housing boom and his company had just bought a LARGE plot of land adjacent to this property, that he was going to design a golf course on. :dontknow: So, it was a GOOD sale. I'd only paid $120k for the thing.   :congrats: :marchmellow:

..... The "next" project is coming SOON..... Having a HUGE garage sale, the first of the month... After that, I'll be living with the Parents for a minute. .... After that.... My NEXT "houseful victim".

The housing market is SOOO bad here.... I could almost get THIS place for the price of my "old" house, these days. :dontknow:..... And I liked Cecil (Fielder) too. http://700jordanblass.com/

I did some roof repair (with the help of my neighbor) to fix a leak on my front porch .

Waaaaaaaay too dry to even think about cutting grass :(

Soaked the garden for over an hour WED night and by THUR evening it was dry as dust :argh:

Hopefully rain today

Grass is ok in WV. I'm spending my evenings treating decks...

SOB!!! Just installed a 360 dollar shower door only to find out my shoulders are to damn wide to fit in between the wall and the glass door! . But it looks good:eek:.
