Beyond the Sun....
This morning on the way to work... I was challenged (if you want to define it as a challenge) by a turboed Integra with a fart can, wing, 100hp stickers, and all the ricer speciale fixins...

So, in order to keep from or minimize wheel spin.. which seems to plague me in this truck, I was on a nice relatively fresh patch of asphalt, and at a red light, I launched at idle, and feathered it into WOT, the think hookeded so hard, I got zero wheel spin, almost a full 7lbs of boost.

The front passenger side of the truck dipped down so hard from the torque... I thought for sure the front driver wheel was going to come off the ground.... I was doing 80 within mere what seemed to be only seconds.. and over 1 block lead on him... I figured it was a nice kill... he did not even bother to attempt to catch me, or roll up on me... he stayed a good block behind me the rest of the time I was on that road....

The feathering is the hard part, I have to learn that skill. My testosterone just wells up and I end up mashing the throttle, and as you, go up in smoke...

Next time at the strip will not be for time, it will be for technique...

that's because he didn't race you!

I have been for a ride with scott and that truck is fast, and its got power, not may QC's can puch it at 50mph at lay rubber for what would be a good burnout from a stand still. thats why everyone needs a S/C.

As Tim Allen would say... "Arrr...Arrr... Arrr..." :D

Nice kill. Can you make the April 7th Fontana Strip event? I love to see your truck at the strip. I'm bringing video gear for us. Try to make it. There is a thread on the forum. I'll try to find it.
