Hose ends for valve covers

Anyone have a tip for removing them? Else ill try on my own tomorrow... maybe save me some headache if anyone have some input.

They are pressed in, with a good set of pliers and some twisting motion they will come out. I think I heated my covers slightly with a torch, but man that was a long time ago and I don't remember for sure.

Boss is the way to go I work at a hydraulic shop and everything i deal with is 2500-4000 psi and we use boss to AN- all the time with no problems just dont reuse the orings when you are running 2500psi lol

have a machine shop do the threads and boss cut and you will never have a problem out of it

Agreed, I can't say enough how much pipe thread sucks. I wish the shit was never developed.
