Shes still doing well! weve been going to the doc about once a week doing more test. we go back on the 30th and hopefully find out what they want to do. Thanks for asking buddy!

The house I am doing here 2000 sq.ft with a walkout full basement too with a 3 car garage drawn by an architect is $3500 approx. This includes all working drawings able to build the house.
Most small projects get billed by the hour in my experience
