how do you paxton guys keep traction

been thinking about taking one of those 1" steel plates for construction and laying it in the bed to keep weight over rear axle. It's so easy for the back end to swing out under acceleration so i'm trying to think of ways to maximize traction while keeping stock wheels.
 
cal-tracs and stinkers rear end help with the rear trying to come around on you. tracton in another issue.
 
Get some real slicks.

No Paxton but no traction either...

On the street, it is a matter of being real careful with the throttle.

At the track, as mentioned, either slicks or drag radials are a must...
