How many of you have a quality issue with your Magnaflow system?

HMMM, my system is barely a year old. I bought from JTSVP, who has made plenty of phone calls on my behalf to Magnaflow. I in no way fault JTSVP for the quality issue I am having. That's strictly a production issue on Magnaflows part.

I bought my magnaflow cb off ebay years ago. First mod I did. I contacted Magnaflow, same as you did. They were very friendly on the phone and asked that I send them additional information. They said they had no record of any problems ever with the system.

Told them to join up here and start a thread to stand behind their products. They said they would and to also forward any info to them about the issues. I emailed them twice with the link. The went silent after that and never addressed or responded to any inquiry.

Hopefully you will have more luck than I did. To me, it wasn't worth the fight because I didn't have any documentation or proof of purchase anymore.

Thats a better position than me. At least you have a receipt though Tony. Not Stinkers problem, he is just middle man. Its a manufacturing defect and Magnaflow needs to look into it. Good luck bro. Hope you get it resolved.

after today, I will most likly not carry maggies anymore past this weekend, I kinda understand there position , but at the same time , its a little bit overboard

but mamba, think I have you covered, but cant do anything till monday, so may give you a call this weekend sometimes, good to have buds in nascar

Thanks for looking out! I posted a video link to my muffler issue on this thread and Magnaflows Facebook page. I hope they really step up and help me out. Policies and rules are understandable but at the same time there needs to be some pride in your product. I bought the Magnaflow for the bad ass sound. I really hope that someone there takes initiative to look into the quality issue that many of us SRT-10 owners have had. Thanks again for your help!

this didnt go thru magnaflow, I actually called back to them a couple more times, so well, gotcha something, not the greatest deal in the world, but no hole

I talked to the "Warrior" guys about a year ago. That's where I get my custom stuff and they were on the verge of not carrying or recommending Magna anymore, so I went with a different setup. Sorry to hear this hasn't worked out for some. The amount of money spent for mods is outrageous anyway, one would hope that would include quality but that's no longer a sure bet. Stink, I don't even worry about you, I know you do your best always.

:dontknow: I had to vote option #1 because I didn't have problems when I had mine. But then I took it off in anticipation of issues and went with Powersticks instead. But I DID add a MagnFlow X-pipe in the mix that worked wonders on the sound and instant "pep" department.:top:
