How much do heads weigh/cost to ship?

Any of you guys ever buy/sell a set of heads, how much do they weigh/cost to ship?

They aren't too bad. Get a 12x12x28 box, wrap both heads in plastic/then foam wrap. Remove all valves, springs, plugs etc to reduce weight

I just shipped a set from here to OH, that was a complete package I had to ship in 4 separate boxes with insurance and it was $175.
