Hey folks - I just joined up - was on the "other" board :( and the folks/atmosphere here is superior :D

To start off - please don't flame me. I've been a mopar man since day 1 and have always wanted to own a viper powered vehicle. I am currently resto-modding a 70 Dodge Charger. It's far from stock. I recently purchased a rolled '04 SRT-10 RC for the drive train - truck was beyond any hope of repair.

So I'm marrying some Dodge muscle car technology with the newer Gen III drive train. I'll have some questions as I go - but look forward to being part of vtcoa!

Welcome G T,Be nice to see some pics.

Pictures as requested

There is a partial thread with a bunch of pics over on dodgecharger.com: http://www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php/topic,30342.0.html

Here are a couple of carnage pics of the poor truck. Followed up with a couple of mock up installs. I am currently waiting for my custom front suspension to arrive so that I can complete the mock up.

Those two pics of the roll over were really sickening.

Welcome and enjoy...you are family from post #1.

One thing to think about is the clutch set up on the trucks. But I don't know if you will have the same problems as the trucks do, because the car weighs less. But the clutch set up is different in the trucks than the cars.

And get an X-metal shifter too.

Something to think about.

Welcome and greetings from NY...

You should think about selling off some of the interior parts from the truck. That is, if its not covered in blood.

Welcome to the Family
