Dodge made a limited edition and now discontinued.. if you look on the underside you will see they are numbered . #1 and #2 … have been found . very rare !

So this looks to be a 2005 quad cab thing only. Did a search across 05-06 quad cabs for sale. The 05's all looked to have had their original master bezels in place (a replacement would have been the later style) and have ones like yours:



Then I looked at 2006's. Those have the newer more common bezel:

It's best not to play with it as the plastics used were poor to say the least, and it may be an adventure trying to locate the needed parts today. When they break, your pedal will flop around in manner that does not inspire confidence.
