I don't know who that guy is...but I do know who Alan Greenspan is...he said this past week that in his opinion we have not come within a year of the bottom of the real estate market...he is projecting a recovery starting in mid-2009:eek:

We are all benefiting from the Trickle Down economic theory, NAFTA,and the
Ripple Affect associated such garbage and the Politicians that sold us All out:(

The trouble is the Trickle Down theory is just a way of saying Piss on You!:(

The NAFTA Treaty is just a way to allow businesses to go some where else to avoid paying a real Living Wage........Businesses love child labor and substandard pay rates!!!!

And the Ripple Affect is affecting All sectors of employment. From the diesel mechanics that just a few months ago could not catch up are now spending a couple of days a week at home.

The local restaurants are even slowed down. My friend has owned 4 Burger King franchises for 30 + years and he is on the way to going out of, well you get it. The Ripple is or Will affect us All, it is just a matter of time.

Oh ,The Politicians????????? Just Shoot Them All.
My company's business was Shanghaid and now we're up for sale. Thanks to NAFTA.

If we could get the fair tax program implemented, alot of our financial woes would be put to rest!

http://www.fairtax.org/site/PageServer

How about a Flat tax, say 10% across the board, and no deductions for anyone or any Trust, Corporation, Politician, or the super wealthy:rock:  :D

I'd go for 20% flat tax and never look back! Sometimes I think that I would go for 35% if I just didn't have to file!

Read up on the Web site, I think you will be impressed!!
The tax would probably be anywhere from 23% - 30%.

-You will get all of your pay check.
-Taxes are only paid at the retail level
-You would get a check from the government every month to cover the basic necessities of life
-Everyone would pay there fair share including the Mafia, illegal aliens and tax dodgers. Unless you chose to purchase nothing, but that would be your choice.
-No corporate taxes, that means companies will bring shop back home!
-No death taxes

There are alot more good reasons, I can't remember them all. Take the time to educate yourself on this, it will be time well spent.

The problem with a flat tax on sales is that it is unfair to the less wealthy. Think about it, those that earn little spend all of it to survive, thus paying tax on 100% of their money. At the same time the rich spend a very little portion of their income, effectively earning most of their money tax free. There would also need to be effective safeguards against folks buying stuff offshore and bringing it home. I haven't read the web page yet, so I'm not sure if that is addressed.

I work on cell phone towers and have for the past few years off and on. The moneys decent and the work well its a hit or miss but i know the market is insane for tower techs now new and old. The next few years are going to be good from all inside info ive gotten and well if you can handle the heights and travel I might be able to either guide you to a job or help you get one? PM me if your interested.

You obviously have not read about it, everyone would get a check from the government every month for the basic necessities of life based on there family size!

Everything else they purchase would be no different, they pay taxes on it now anyway!!

why did you quit your job before finding a new one?

it was to stressfull plus when you work at a car dealer at the end of the month you have to pay the dealer back $1000 for just sitting around waiting for customers then what ever money is left over from what you made is yours so there where times i owed back money but then the next month i would cover it.. The best dealers to work at ar BMW, M-Benz but you need 4 or mre years of experience to work there.

You have to pay the dealership $1K every month for selling their cars??? I would never work at such a place. That's rediculous. Man I'm glad I'm my own boss.

OK, make it 0 taxes for the impoverished, 10-20% for most of us and 35% for incomes over $300,000 a year.:D and so they don't have to fill out the tax forms.:D :D Hello Roy:p :p ;)

The import deficit is a killer and must be addressed before NAFTA and other most favored trading states finish sucking our way of life away:( :( :nurse:

Company's that move offshore should carry a bigger import tax liability, and be penalized heavily for abandoning the workforce that made them.

Multinational company's should have to pay for the privilege foe doing business here in the good ol USA

How about 1 bushel of wheat, corn, etc. for a barrel of oil???? that alone would save the family farm.:) :) :)

No military assistance for any country that does not give in return for services rendered.

No more loans to places like Russia funded by the World Bank, Epic Bank, Chase Manhattan and paid for by us the US tax payer.

Consumers wishing to buy foreign goods should pay some sort of fee/ tax for not supporting there own countrymen:rock: Then we might be able to create some good jobs here at home.:)

And we invented the transistor, the chip, most all electronic components and most of the devices they are used in. Time to make it illegal to export our technology unless it is finished goods. Then any country that makes clones, reverse engineers, or otherwise infringes on our products will no longer be able to get those spare parts they need:D they could always trade for oil, or cobalt(get it from Russia and South Africa) bauxite, chromium , manganese , well you get the idea. :D :D   :nurse: :nurse:
