i don't know why the runs kept getting slower:dontknow: , I was consistent in my burnouts and launch RPM. Just matted it on all runs. Maybe the track was cooling off as the afternoon went on, or the humidity:dontknow: there is a storm rolling in.

Anyway, I think on 100 octane and more practice, I'll have my 12.9 soon:burnout: .

Your 60' is all that is between you and that 12.X......cold weather makes traction hard to get......try 20LBs in the M&Hs....I cut a 1.72 at 20LBs..

do you have a 100 octane tune?

You only the need the amout of octane to stave off detonation. anything else is overkill and not needed at all.

LOL you have 150-200 more hp and torque LOL and wiegh 700#'s less :D :D :D :D

i ran 12.99 in my RC and left like goin to walmart at macon 2.2 60fts..

have you tried launching with alittle less rpms? work on changing things at the light to help your 60ft times shave the 60 shave the rest....when i dragged bikes it was odd how i would get faster E.T. slower MPH but a faster MPH would always have a slower E.T.,..... guess i didnt have time to build up the extra speed??

I don't know how you are only cuttin 1.99, 2.0 and 2.1 short times on DR's I cut that on my stock Pirellis all day.

My QC has B&G flash with K&N CAI - that's it and it runs 13.7 with 2.0 or 2.1 in 90 degree heat in August in South Florida.

Something doesn't seem right that with DR's you should be able to leave better then that and at top track that would equal a better ET.

DevilDawg3097: Did you try to readjust your cal-tracs?
No, I left them alone

bigike do you have a 100 octane tune?
Yes, made on the dyno.

All 3 launches were 2000 rpm, I didn't feel any spinning:dontknow: .
Thanks for the advice:rock: .

I really need to get to the track with some people who know what they're doing so I can find out what the truck (or more likely ME:eek: ) is doing and how to make it better.

Hey bro dont get down, most of the time track prep sucks unless the track is holding a competition or they have the big dogs running that day, my best was 12.6@103 after that my 60ft went to shit and I was 12.8/9 @112 so traction is my biggest problem which I am solving with MH the ones I have are not big enough with a s/c. So all you may need it more stick time, practice does make perfect, try leaving a split second faster on the tree.
