HI,guys i recently installed a centerforce clutch fidanza fly wheel, thermostat 170 and sct tune. the problem am having is when i floored it goes until 4500 rpm and then it dies then it works again. i dunoo whats the problem it never happend before is ot a big problem?????

has to be a bad tune....find the nearest vender here that can dyno tune and have them tune it.... i bet it's throwing to much fuel at your motor and making it cut out until it's hit a higher RPM

return your truck to the factory tune and see if it does it

wow this is exactly what is going on with my truck. i had it dynoed at when the power starts to drop my a/f ratio is at 10. i'm trying to schedule an appt with dan at dc to have him tune the truck. although i dont have fidazana flywheel or the sct tune.

Like Tooloe said, put the stock tune back on. That's the easiest culprit to eliminate. Did you check for codes?

Tony asked all the right questions...I can retire.

when did it start?

who did the tune?

what is the last thing you did before this started?

it started after i installed the clutch yesterday!!

i orderd the tune from roe racing

nothing i was driving normally then i decided to push the gas then it happend...i dunno whats wrong???

thanks guys i will contact roe racing and ask them whats wrong then i will go to my tuner and let him check it out...

You could also look around and make sure nothing electrical is getting pinched (grounding out) since the clutch change.
Sometimes it can be a small thing that you may have done during the mechanical work.

i even installed all the staff at the dealership with the viper tech...i took of the tune and put the stock back its fine now,i have another problem i floored it to check if the problem is gone so i pushed it on the 1st gear and as soon as i hit the 2nd it slipped i guess because it lost rpm???whats the problem is it the cllutch or the fly wheel or the viper hydraulic system?????...am so tired of this car
