Thanks a bunch for the responses guys. I know the older members have seen me around here since the beginning of VTCoA and beyond. Like WAZZSUP said, 41 months and over 8,000 posts pretty much shows one’s true colors and character. I appreciate that analogy. I appreciate all responses and votes so far because I think they were honest and sincere no matter what your position. And I get what you’re saying Jeff, these people go by cue cards, but the environment provided by her mother added to allowing my daughter to go home alone and remain there unsupervised among other things shouldn’t be an acceptable practice by anyone. As for being a Mr. Clean, I actually am. I’ve walked a careful path my whole life avoiding trouble with the authorities and never so much as took a puff from a cigarette. I don’t even drink coffee for Pete’s sake.

When my daughter breaks down and cries suddenly for no apparent reason and pleads with me to protect her from her mother I calmly explain to her that there is a God and she must have faith in Him. I pray each day that He doesn’t let her down because she’s truly counting on Him to provide me the ability to gain custody of her. Let’s face it, as parents we want to protect our children from people who harm them physically or mentally to any degree. How much it hurts when the person we are faced to protecting the child from is the parent that is supposed to love the child too? It’s a thought that keeps me awake at night.

anthony your a cool guy. the only time i've seen sort of a bad side was due the baby mama drama. I cant blame you though. Some women have a way of bring the worst out of us, yet to other people we are nice. More importantly its a good thing to know that you broke free of that ball and chain. So much so that while you were in Angola I stopped posting in solidarity and defiance until your return. Just for your information I spent a 1/4 of my life reading people and torturing them. I know who and what your all about. From my point of view your a caring and loving person with a heart and soul of one of the greatest people I know. I had a friend whose ex had her 11 yr old daughter tell a judge that he was sexually abusing her. It took about 4 minutes for the judge to see that the ex put her up to it..

BINGO!!!! I am certain the movers and the shakers determining the primary custodial party will have the ability to see through cheap shots and ill attempts to get children to say something that is false. A child that young will surely talk about events that truly occurred. But when put up to repeating false statements, that story will unravel rather quickly. Angelica’s mother is going to have to really try hard to make Angelica forget all of the things she experienced and didn’t experience with her mother.
