Well... it's the bottom of a '06 bumper grafted to the top of a '04-05 bumper (I think).

seems like it... viper enigine bay is ALOT bigger.. engine isnt tucked under firewall

Bingo! It's the prototype Viper Truck that started the whole thing. I've got a video of it somewhere. Wish they had stayed with that rear bumper but glad they changed the wheels and gas door.

Guys yes that is the concept SRT-10 that I first saw at the Detroit auto show (can't remember the year 2002 maybe?) It would have had to be 02 since that was the last one i been to before joing the Army...ANyway thats is probably a one and only truck.....Never seen any other pics of it or anything......Those wheels are 26" if my memory serve me correct!

I havnt seen the truck in "silverSRT10" post in person but defiently the one at the top.....I'll never forget it!
