I'll be on MTV's Road Rules this Wednesday March 7th!!

I was out in LA the end of last week shooting an episode for Road Rules. The weather was an amazing 60 - 70 degrees during the day compared to 24 degrees when I left Connecticut!! If you get a chance, it'll be airing this Wednesday, March 7th at 10:30 pm on MTV. It'll be airing at that same time in all the time zones.

I cant say much about the episode but I can give you a little tease!! I'm a professional Strongman Ohh, my name is Derek, they'll introduce me! And I'm not a Road Ruler or anything.
