Due to overcrowding, all of the dogs at the Cumberland County Animal Shelter will be euthanized tomorrow morning. They are having free adoptions today. You can adopt through their FB page as well. 217-849-DOGS(3647)

As far as adopting goes, we adopted our dog, Leo. He has by far, been the best pet I have ever owned. A real family member. Not saying this result is typical, but I do believe that adopted dogs really are greatful for finding a family....after getting over their initial mistrust.
