Infinity surround system - Need help with a noise!

Have a wierd noise I cant really figure out whats causing it... made a video for it so you guys might understand it better then me explaing it ^^

Sometimes it comes while driving, but most of the time it comes when I turn on the truck after I have been out for a spin.

needs both amps replaced with the updated amps.... theres a tsb for that

So what does tsb mean? It is officially a recall or does it just provide insight to fix the problem??
