Intake torque

Calls for 95 Inch pounds. Which is 7.9 foot pounds. I have been to 5 parts stores. 1-60 inch 10-120 foot. Can't find this wrench. What's the solution.

It's an intake not a crank or set of heads torque isn't that big of a deal.

My digital torque wrench calls for 3 LE44 watch batteries, that it didn't come with. It would be nice to have a beater to get around on.
