Internal Engine Upgrade

Let's do it...all we need is a truck to do it on, and a sponsor...

Maybe there is a shampoo manufacturer that would like to promote their product, and maybe DC Performance would like to do the development...I'll buy the 12,000 rev tach!

The Viper motor does not respond well to "stroking".

The gains are negligable. Read, not any real HP gains on top and very little torque gain, and all gains under 4000 RPM, nothing upstairs. Stroker motors are a lot harder on parts.............

I know a guy that swears by 540 CID Viper motors, (He has 2 builds going on) that are all bore, using custom made Darton sleves.

One of the motors will be blown and sprayed, the other will be a TT.

Gen IV motor is probably a creme puff also.

No. Forged internals again, like it was back in the day.

That is good to know.

This is my choice............

There is no such thing as "bullet proof"... you can be relatively safe on a build or you can roll the dice...the risk is proportional to the horsepower or inversely proportional to the intellect and/or attention to the limitations of the budget.

I LIKE that...
