Iphone battery replacement

What are the rumors saying about the new features on the Iphone coming out this summer?

I am eligible to up grade to the 3GS next month...but I may wait if the new one has some good features...

I love my Iphone...I hate talking on a phone...but love being connected to the stock market and email at all times...also love a couple of games...Texas Hold Em and Black Jack...
 
Tony, Peggy has the 3GS and it holds a charge for a couple of days. She is not on it talking for 6 hours like you but it is turned on from daylight till she gets home in the evening. She has the Blue Tooth turned on all the time, and like you she doesn't surf the web, she does use it to monitor her email though. You may wish to call Apple and ask for a battery replacement since you just got it. :)
 
Good write up!

I have a 3g sitting on my desk that the home button doesn't work. After your suggestion I went to craigslist to see if someone can repair. I have a few emails I am waiting to hear back from. I also know there are a few online, but dont really want to mail it.

I love my 3GS. I also love being able to lock/unlock my truck and start it with my iPhone :D
 
My battery is also dead half way through the day too, it's the 3Gs but I rarely take videos. I take it off charge sound 930am and by 330-4 it's on the car charger.
Don't know if I have the balls to tear open like you did:D

My only complaint about the iPhones is that the camera sucks compared to what they could stick in... I'll bet 100 that he new one will have a 4mp cam up frm 3 on the "S" and 2 on the 3g and 1 on the orig. See a trend lol
 
Has anyone found a good application to enhance the meager camera???

Free apps called flash for free and free zoom are the only two I know of. What the camera needs is a flash but that would prob kill the battery after 3 pics.

And even those aren't all that. The camera is definitely the weak point on this phone. I don't know what kind of upgrades there will be for the phone.
