Roz-SRT said:I assumed it would retain SOME heat. . . You think its gonna be significant enough I shouldn't block it? :dontknow:
Stinker said:If you put vents in the hood it would release the hot air![]()

anyway might as well let the cat outta the bag![]()
this is the hood I have, fiberglass, but the scallops do not vent, they have to be modified, the workmanship is the worst I have ever seen, it will take awhile to get it right, but like the idea, the center is higher than the stock one, but its also a ton lighter than the stock unit

PaddyOBrian said:I saw that he's taking the best offer. I wonder how low he'll go. Did you pay the full 650 if you don't mind my asking?
Stinker said:LOLOLOL I have no freakin idea, My wife got it for me , i came home and it was on the carport, but i think she did.
but let me warn ya, ours came in cracked on one side of the scoop, like someone had stepped on it during shippin.
the shippin company denied as usuall that they didnt box it. and couldnt get any help or replies from the sellers:dontknow: so kinda stuck with it, but not bad to fix.
PaddyOBrian said:I'm going to get it and if it breaks I'll just blame you.
mopar_mudder said:I run the Mopar Ram Air set-up and have noticed no difference in engine temp or under hood temp. The amount of air that is let out of the scoop is very little, probably none at speed.
