Is this the right Shift Kit??

Guys Just Got off the phone with a Distributor locally and he said for the Gas Engines On the 48Re the shift kit price (Trans Go) Is 29.00 dollars
And He said That this is the correct one that beefs it up. and The Part number is K22946G. Does this sound right.

why bother with a shift kit, a good trans tech can pretty much adjust the line pressure and accumulator pressure to achieve the same effects as a shift kit. I'd find a good trans tech either at a dealership or trans shop that has worked on high performance applications for diesels or these trucks... its actually quite simple to achieve what you're looking for. just need to find the right tech.

No doubt you're right but I wouldn't have known where to go or what to ask for. The shift kit met my need. I was taking the truck in for 15,000 mile band adjustments and fluid/filter change anyway. I know the Superchips did similar on my Hemi, didn't know the same could be easily done by a tranny tech..
