That isn't necessarily a good thing....
I just tried it on 3 base and 4 laptops and they were all blocked. I am using Avast Antivirus on ALL of them which is very likely why.
Clicking on the http link on your post blocks me from going to the site.

FastSRT19 (post #2) was blocked as well...

What are you using for an Antivirus Program?

I am using SUPERAntiSpyware, and I am also using McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.5.0i with on-access scan enabled and port blocking. I also have Windows Defender installed. I have the latest and greatest security updates for IE 7.X as well. I am running XP pro SP3 with all the security updates for that too.

What version of IE are you guys running?
