So I received a Stage I traction kit from Prof  ...... Not enough clearance to install the part that comes in contact with rubber boot at the end of the slapper bar :dontknow:

Have you tried calling Justin at JMB about it.

I had to take a pry bar and push down on the springs to make room. It should fit tight. Just push the springs down and slide it in.

Did you get the instructions I mailed via snail mail? Justin mentions this issue in the instructions...use a breaker bar to gain the clearance needed...

Justin, this may just be an issue of me not mailing the instructions with the parts. I neglected to put the instructions in the box, then mailed them a few days later, via the post office (stupid me...twice...not putting in box, then using the post office, our most archaic governmental institution).

NOT A JMB PROBLEM....another Roy problem:( :( :(

My guess it's related to your age.;) :p :D

I just jacked the truck up to take the weight of the rear suspension and it fit right in.

Bill.
