Unfortunately the quad cabs have a different leaf spring and rear axle configuration (no horizontal shock) and also dont have the factory traction bar. Leaf spring clamps would help, but they wont have the same impact as the entire traction kit(s) that the RC's can use. The Adjustable shocks would be a big help as well, but ultimately you may have to go to an aftermarket traction bar like Moes, etc.
