I took the plasma, cut the current welds, made a "|_| "

Then pry the flap back. You can get the ceramic ones to break apart EASY, but the stainless...lol good luck! The only way I got it out, was to part-plasma it out, and the rest, hole-saw it out in pieces....

Then, reweld the flap back together, and call it a day

Patrick, did you take the pipes off to do this? or was everything still on the truck when you used the plasma?
