Just received my 2005 srt-10 truck Need Advice

Welcome! I'm in north Jersey, Sussex county. Nice truck!:p

I LOVE my CAI and matching catch can from Justin(he is a vendor here). And i have a Borla cat-back on my truck and it sounds a TON better than stock, but it really comes down to your own likes and dislikes....so start reading, there are alot of threads here to get your head spinning. My wallet hasn't been the same since i joined! :p :D ;)

Mod shop suggestion for your SRT

If you don't mind a 20-25 mile drive, contact Richie @ Richies Repair Center, Beachwood, NJ. He installed the Bassani headers on my 05 QC, and I know he's done a ton of mods for another member. (Paxton supercharger, etc.) Hes an ex race car drive, nice guy, and knows what he's doing. Good luck on the new ride!

your going to be poor soon!
But its an ejoyable journey!

The Beachwood that is right next to Pine Beach?

My old stomping grounds....50 years ago...

Nice looking truck you bought there. Prof and others have given good advice here. The more questions you ask the more money you'll save.............but you'll end up spending it on even more mods!!! LOL

Theres a lot of great posts here in the different forums. I've been staring at this computer too much for comfort and can see the madness that you guys/gals talk about. Already have decided to stay away from the supercharger for a while(i think :). So I have scheduled to do the K&N cia system and also the B&B exhaust front, mid and rear. This should satisfy me for a little while. B&B is fabricating an extension to fit the quad cab I have.
Coming from racing Cuda's and Challengers, I guess the performance part is still in my blood.

Im sure I will, but $7-8k. This I will have to wait a bit.
You have a QC, a flash is one of the easest mods. Ask the QC guys how they wake up (30-40hp) plus you can get rid of wot timer and the torque management...

Yup Yup -- BigRed is right on -- that plus K&N CAI, Borla Cat-bak -- I must admit my set up rocks and the sound it makes is a real head turner :)
