OK MY BUDDY BOUGHT A HEAVY DUTY FLIP KIT WITH C NOTCHES. THE DROP WAS TO LOW SO HE ONLY WENT 4" NO C NOTCHES. FOR THE FRONT HE CUT ONE COIL WITH A PORTABAND.

RESULTS AS PER HIM ARE THAT THE TRUCK HANDLES BETTER THAN EVER AND NOT A WORSE RIDE THAN STOCK AND NO BOUNCE.

AND THE LOOK IS EXACLY WHAT I'M GOING FOR SEE FOR YOURSELF

HE PUT IT BACK TO STOCK AND IT'S NOT THAT BAD OFF.

IT DOESN'T PULL AND I DON'T THINK HE WILL NEED TO HOG OUT THE HOLES TO GET IT PERFECT.

ALSO ON A HARD LAUNCH IT DOESN'T SHAKE AT ALL, SO HE MUST HAVE GOT THE PINION ANGLE DOWN RIGHT, OR CLOSE.

I KNOW ALOT OF PEOPLE WON'T LIKE CUTTING THE SPRINGS BUT IT LOOKS LIKE A GOOD ALTERNATIVE.

IT MADE MY TRUCK LOOK STUPID......................... AND CAME OUT PERFECT.

1.5+ IN THE FRONT 4" IN THE REAR. FOR 250 DOLLARS.

WITHOUT THE PERFORMANCE OF STINKERS.

be careful cuttem dont torchem;) heat will destroy the tension of the spring.

and watch how much ya cuttem too, they will settle another 1/2 to 3/4 inch after a little while and in a couple years they will actually loose some tension too.

I did it in 04:p mine has dropped an inch over when I first done it:p

so be careful bo, but loooks killer man!

One full coil was cut. Cut with a band saw and cutting fluid

Stinker this is only to hold him over until your kit comes. And he gets the money

LOLOL Hey bo, Iam all about saving a buck or two trust me:D :D

dont blame ya a bit, it works, and good deal on the band saw:rock:

I've seen a few will take a torch and either cut a coil off or use the heat to make the springs drop, and LOLOLOL they really eventually drop!LOLO

He did good man, if ya look back I think it was Roz I told him he could do this:rock:

but Ike , got a Q, what rear flip did he use, I can get a adjsutable pinion flip for $280 and I think a simple flip for $100 i think it was.

the reason I ask Is I got one guy thats well had alot of problems with his flip, I mean big ol probs:D

I don't know it's really heavy duty.

especially compared to my MG's kit!

The adjustable pinion for 280 I'll buy that one.

I just need to get alittle more road time and I'll buy that and the fire/ice bar
