ok, still working on Zilla, guess its my turn to get a cot in the garage………..

1. started coils and wires and plugs
2. had to remove intake for coils and wires and plugs
3. figured i better do headers before running wires
4. realized i needed to run the wire for the battery re-location
5. the re-located battery tray hits the bolt/nut on the rear of the pass leaf spring
6. needed to flip the bolt/nut around to clear the tray
7. couldn't get the bolt out with taking the spring completely off the truck
8. bolt/nut flipped, now i can't get the front spring bolt back into the hole to remount the spring. i changed the springs on my Charger 15 years ago and it was easy……… i'm forgetting something……… there must be a sequence to getting these holes lined back up…….. i can't remember it……. everywhere i search they don't actually show installation of the bolt, it just magically appears

9. can someone tell me what i'm doing wrong so i can get back to step 5, then 4, then 3, then 2, then 1…………. then i can start all over again with the traction system, lowering kit, shifter…………

oh yeah, the Venomous1 throttle body looks great sitting on the bench by itself………………….:stupido::stupido:

If you got the battery re-location kit from Justin at JMB I would ask him, if not, I have no idea.:dontknow:

nobody has switched leaf springs?? i wish i could remember what i did for the Charger, is was easy…………or maybe i was just lucky……...

You're gonna have to fight that leaf spring. Since it's memory has it arch past where it mounts, you're gonna have to forcefully pull that end of spring down against pressure to allow bolt to slide in. Remember your shackles sway too and can make you further away. Make sure that they're swinging forward. May have to jack under middle of spring pack to help you out.

Installing the leaf springs ARE a fight. I always install the bolt closest to the cab first. Then benchpress the leaf and line up the hole for the rear bolt. It takes muscle that's all.

If you pull U bolts off rear end you can jack up one side of rear off the leaf spring then you can easily just push it up into place. Then just let rear end down on to leaf spring.
