Was the LDP a recalled part on our trucks? I have an extended warranty, but I'm trying to make sure that I'm not paying for something that Dodge is responsible for anyway.

look at your contract or call them first... more than likely a 3rd party warranty is not going to cover it

I called them (Hendrick) prior to taking the truck in; told them the code, and that I felt certain it was the LDP. The guy I talked with was very familiar with the part and told me it was covered. Dealership called this morning and confirmed.
