Looking at a Kenwood Head Unit

Anyone have one of these? Kenwood KVT-817DVD eXcelon I am looking at buying one of these and wanted to see if any of you have had experience with this line of Kenwood.

I would probably buy the Bluetooth adapter kit for this also.

Paul, I have the 617DVD, and I love it. I also have a bluetooth adapter(the 617 cannot use it), but I cannot use it. My Brother was suppose to take it, but he is a lazy boy, so I guess he loses. Check out my sig for the link to my page, it shows the system.

Damn we have similiar taste! Crap, I just noticed that this headunit is not Bluetooth ready.. I need to figure out which Kenwood HU is bluetooth ready. Back to researching...

i have the 617 cause i was too cheap to get the 817...........the excelon series is outstanding!!!!!!! top of the line...its a great head unit with a dictionary of functions that cant be understood unless you sit down for an hour with the manual and just tune, you wont believe some of the stuff you can control!!!!! you wont be disappointed!!!!

Alright I ended up going with the KVT-819DVD which is Bluetooth ready. Can't wait till it comes in next week.

Jeff, if you are interested in selling me your BT adapter let me know.
