In retrospect of proof reading all that I typed below, don’t feel inclined to read it. It's rather longwinded and I tend to ramble on when I'm sleepy lol. I’ll probably read it in the morning and be like “wtf?†to myself… But if you have some minutes to kill, do please read on.

This might should be in the misc. section but I will be asking some automotive related questions so bare with it or skip ahead
Maybe this most recent tangent of thought process can be attributed to my definite lack of an attention span... It seems every time I turn around I feel a different calling for what to do with my life or time... Problem is, I really just want to do it all... But I do have a small handful of interests that I would like to pursue if given the choice... One of which is quite broad and branches into some other fields and that is automotive. More specifically, car shows, audio competitions, and the fabrication of those. Then there's racing, and drifting. One of the others being a craftsman of many types, leather, metal, making weapons and armor (medieval style) and then there's wood working, carpentry/architecture.... I guess simply put, I like making things and going fast.
But regardless of my varied range of interests, I think I should give serious consideration as to my future. I seem to be very impressionable... For instance, I turned my TV on for the first time in ages (TV referring to broadcasted media in this case as I always watch movies or anime) and it was still tuned into Speed TV and I watched a number of shows and now I'm all inspired (again) to pursue automotive customization/design for the car shows and I'm ready start ripping panels and pieces out of my truck and 300ZX and going to town on them to teach myself how to do it and maybe take it up as a business venture if I find it lucrative. And also to go burn up a pair of tires practicing how to drift lol (in the 300ZX anyway... though how neat would it be to do it in a QC SRT-10)
Aside from the rest, it seems like there is a lot of money to be made in architecture. I'd pursue the Victorian style (Late 1800s) but modernized interior of course. Next is making of the weapons, armor and leather stuff, being an apprentice to literally the world’s best living true master blacksmith. This is a lifestyle in of itself and lends way to much travel (which can be good but also rather tiring) Realistically though, it’s not a very high profit field and it's mostly the love of the craft and doing something almost no one else can do anymore and I do indeed have a certain lust for such things... but at this point in my life I feel like I'm missing out and I would be better to pursue it as a hobby and later in life pick it up again full time.
Then there's computers with my pretty strong interest and talent in digital design, game development, etc. But no sense in drawing this field out.
I have some connections that could get me in to the bottom end of movies making, probably nothing special or any good positions though. That’s something I've given consideration to, but again, not going to roll in any major bucks. Not for a long while anyhow.
I guess my questions in all this is for this forum at least is.... What steps should I take now, to ensure myself a profitable setting within the automotive field of my interests... say if I wanted to get into racing professionally... I know there's some current or ex-racers among us, any tips for me? Any car show gurus and customizers out there?
I think what I'm really getting at, is how should I go about making money (with the aforementioned interests) so that in the not too distant future I can do everything I want eventually anyway... I think it's about time I start thinking about a course of action for such things.
so.. there
