Looks like Rudy's the One:

Rudy is pro-choice ,pro gay,and anti 2nd Amendment.

One guess as to who I will NOT be voting for.

I like Mitt Romney or Mike Huckabee much better.

I like Mitt as well..... He kind-of gave me a shaky feeling during the debate, tho. :dontknow:  ...... I am pretty good at reading body language, and he didn't look very sincere to me. :dontknow:

After seeing the Republican debates the other night, it seems apparent that the guy we need to nominate (i.e. the best qualified to go toe to toe against "the bitch from Hell") seems to be Rudy.....

I was so disappointed with the agility and facility of Fred Thompson in that debate.... I couldn't believe how usure he was of himself... None of the pundits on either side mentioned it... lots reasons why I'm sure... But Fred looked weak for some reason... Not to mention the fact that 3 most dominant words in his vocabulary seem to be "uh", "ah" and "um"..... it's very disquieting and does not engender confidence.

Of all the candidates, Rudy looked great, was quick to answer in a decisive, substantive manner and (as everyone agreed) was focus on the prime directive..... beating "the bitch".....who's name I will not mention...as I just brushed my teeth....:(

Whomever invitied the quasi-libertarian asshole may have done it for comic relief.... I can't even remember his name..... Oh yeah, "Paul"... what a weenie.

What did you guys think.....?

You are spot on with your observations,Tim. I lived and worked in Manhattan during the Dinkins administration and it was a failed social experiment. Rudy really whipped the place into shape. In a short time NYC was a different place, for the better. He did the right things for the right reasons, not pandering to a crowd. He also made a name for himself as a get tough, no nonsense prosecutor. Many thought he was a marked man, based on who he went after. That alone, told me he had a pair. nycstev hit it on the head (I'm impressed Steve, a post longer than four words:p) Anyway I wouldn't have any problem voting for My Guiliani, as I believe he would continue to do what is right for the country, follow the rule of law, and the Constitution. He is a man of deep rooted principle. They will try to bust his balls about his relationships, but who is Clinton to talk. He's up for the job....... PS I think HDTV will destroy Hillary's chances. Wait till you get a good look at her close up:p

Well I have something to add although you prolly don't want to hear it. But this election is over Tim. For all intent and purpose that is. The Republicans will lose to whom ever gets the Democratic nod. Reason being George Bush. He cant get out of his own way and has brought that party to it's knees. You got to be kidding me right....Rudy has no shot at all ! He is qualified as a mayor and what else. He can't even carry the most powerful segment of his own party the religious right  He may get the nod for the Rep party because the other 5 are dullards and are irrelevant....McCain is too old.

People actually believe Hillary will do good....I personally would never vote for her because of her husband. What would make her reign so different from Bill's  Lying, cheating, stealing and sheer and utter vacillation on anything military orriented........Her Presidency will be known as the Menopause years :D Lord have Mercy on us all

Good god I can't believe this, but I mostly agree with Mikey:dontknow:

I'm an independent with leanings toward libertarians and vote for who falls on my side of the fence on topics. Rudy looks good to me, but he has so many differences with the core Republican party, plus he does have some shady dealings due to his business partner. These have yet to come out until the mud slinging starts, which it will. Plus hasn't he been married like ten times, yes an overstatement on my part, but the Republicans are all about family values and Rudy does not exude that. I would say I did love Rudy on SNL:)

I honestly hope Hillary does not win the Dem nomination. Although I did very, very well under the Clinton administration I never liked her much and she just looks at polls too much. Personally I like Obama for now but who knows what will happen with him. I have read some of his books and he does sound good as far as a person that wants to get things done and work with the other side to accomplish something. In these days don't we deserve a president that might be able to unite us and not divide us. The current administration has done a great job of being a divisive administration and I am looking for much more than that. I'm so tired of the "I know better than you" attitude that we deal with everyday. Why not have someone that can lead and listen to the people that elected him. If a Democrat or Republican can do this I'm all for them.

Longer post than I wanted. Off my soapbox now.

The Hillary believers don't care what that fkn bitch looks like.... I mean, Lord Jesus, ever seen her ankles....... :puke: But those of us who say this kinda shit just look diminutive in saying so..... I don't rilly give a shit...

Bill and Hillary, then Hillary and Bill.... the worlds first First Man.... :puke:

Someone really should stop this Hillary shit or I'm gonna have a fkn migraine....

I like Mitt Romney... but the fkr's just another purdee politician who's as FOS as all the rest..... I like Fred's "get tough" image but the other night he looked really dumb...... and I mean "duh" dumb....

I think Rudy's also the only one who's got the agile wit to "out debate" Hillary... The bitch is slicker than two eels fkn in a bucket'a snot.... and she's probably killed more MFrs than Alphonse Capone... Don't underestimate her....

OK, so Rudy isn't a member of the anti-abortion league... He says he's against abortion, but that the law's the law.... He may cave in a bit to the left on some issues..... But he's the only one with the kinda stuff that we need to "Beat the Bitch"...

I'd almost vote for Joseph fkn Stalin if he could beat Hillary..... Then I'd assassinate him.

We probably don't need another actor for President. We had Reagan (now we Kalifornian's have Arnold for Governor).

Hillary probably gets blow jobs like Bill so WTF are we gonna vote for anyways :dontknow:

Scary stuff :(

That's good comedy, right there! Yes, Rudy is socially, more liberal than most staunch Rep. Conservatives would like, but soooo what. Who needs the bedroom police anyway? Just as a side bar, coincidentally, there was a report this morning on Fox Cable News, that the heads of the 5 families of New York, had a vote to wack, or not,.... Rudy. (Mentioned in my previous post) The vote went in his favor (obviously), 3-2. You can't make this stuff up!.. PS. This won't come up too often but, Rudy is also a good friend of Israel. The most telling, when he refused the 10 million dollar check from the Arab sheik... He understands and recognizes the enemy like the Israeli's do. Also, much like you D, I would vote for ANYBODY but, you know who.

I would have spelled it Fecal :D The Rep's will lose of this I am certain. Bushitis will effect this country for Generations to come NYSteve. Both parties have not one person running that is worth a Shit. Romney a logical choice, however he is Mormon and I am afraid we will have Osama Bin Laden's son elected Pres before he has a chance  The election is over fellas wake up and smell the coffee :p

Annu I never said I would vote for the ugly Bitch  I hate the God Damned Clintons period :nurse:

I'm actually kinda confident that Rudy can beat the bitch from Hell....

He's sufficiently popular and was a memorable emotional anchor at 9/11....

He's more than sufficiently centrist.... having appeal on both sides of the aisle.....Unlike Hillary, who only claims to be centrist.....

No one that I know (of) actually hates him..... Unlike Hillary whose revileability is off the charts....

Rudy has many eminently marketable traits...... I like his chances better than anyone's ...

Great selection, except I don't think politics is his "thing". This is a more difficult question than one would imagine, on first blush. If I had to scream a name out quickly, it might be Newt Gingrich. (alright don't flame me too badly)

Newt's image is one of a staunch and radical ring winger...

I'd vote for him, But he's not popular to centrists and would bring the ticket down...

Unfortunately, we are in a "forced objective" mode here......

It's crunch time and we must vote with our heads.......not our hearts...:dontknow:

Beat Hillary by any means neccesary.....

As I said perviously, "Even if we must run Joseph fkn Stalin".....
