Sharpi
I went for the two inch, I'll probably be installing them tomorrow, if UPS ever gets here with my package (it's on the truck out for delivery, wonder if I can hunt him down).

TREKER said:Do I need to lower the front to install the rear lowering blocks and not have geometery issues?

Stinker said:Lord no bro, not at all , either a 1.5 or a 2'' will do wonders:rock:
personally I think 2 inch meself![]()
TREKER said:So much discussion over this. Begood said he had his on for a while with no issues but I have heard others state that the handling got worse as a result of the geometery.
Where is this stuff coming from then? :dontknow:

TREKER said:I gotcha... I always thought the lowering kit was blocks and U bolts for the rear and new springs / shocks for the front.
If the lowering kits are basically the same for your blocks and the entire lowering kit, why would it not affect geometry?
I dont really want to lower my front but would like to have the ass sit down a bit. If I can do this by only added the rear blocks that works for me.
But what is it that affects the geometery then? :dontknow:
TREKER said:Huh? I want to lower the rear... If you say the geometery is not affected that much and only in a positive way, that works for me.
What do they cost and is it different for the 06?
Texas Yellow Fever said:Well, I want to be really careful here...I didn't say it affected the geometry in a positive way. I said it didn't lower the front so it should not effect the steering geometry like a total lowering kit would. I know that's splitting hairs, but I don't want to start any arguments...The blocks we sell are intended to lower the rear to the point that the truck sits level. There's nothing in the kit that alters to the front suspension at all so steering geometry should not be affected. They're the same for the 06's and the cost is $125 plus shipping.
TREKER said:No arguements at all bro..Just genuine interest...
I want them. What is the size to make the 06 level since they come in 1/2" incriments?
Steve, send Floor some air to inflate his tyres...Floor said:do you have "highering blocks" too ?Might need them
