Magnaflow

I'm having my B&B Headers installed on Tue. I would also like to change to Magnaflow mufflers. I been told I should get the 14"(Part#14386), 18"(Part#14468), 22"(Part#14568). One guy told me Part#15832, but didn't know the length. Any suggestions from guys that actually have a Magnaflow?? Don't want the reverb in the cab. Thanks.

shorter ones are louder...drone will depend on the placement of the mufflers...if the cab is over them, its a possibility

Why Magnablow? It will bust open eventually and there are better sounds IMO. :rock:

I have a magnaflow out of Billy boat ,catless and I love the sound the best!! The drone seems to be more on the QC due to higher highway rpm. I have no drone!

I had over 60k miles on my Magnaflow with no problems. Only after driveshaft snapped off and whacked it is when I replaced.

Thanks guys. I have an 06 QC & I'm straight out, no Muf's or Res', but I thought after the headers it might get louder, too loud. That's the reason for the Magnaflows. Thanks for your info.

I have magna flows on mine and like them alot. The only thing i dont like is whenever im high in the RPM and let out of the gas i get real loud crackle/popping sound.

You will need a tune to get rid of the pop and crackle!! Try to avoid the high rpm vacuum! I suspect it is related to some spun rod bearings! Just clutch and use the brakes!

Just save your bones and put on a full B&B.

No snap, crackle, pop or drone. PLUS, resale value is very high due to build and sound quality.:rock:

Im not sure how you get a spun rod bearing from a crackle and pop?
