I see Charger police vehicles all over CA. What is it about the Chargers that the PD likes? In LA I would have thought a more traditional Crown Vic was their style.:dontknow: In the Middle East that is a complete surprise but then again they don't have to worry about gas prices do they?

I don't think that the crown vic is being built anymore to compete with the charger. I am surprised they don't have bmw or benz's Chrysler must have gave them one hell of a good deal.

They love american cars oversees I have seen a 79 TA go for 60k stock. To them it is like porsche or bmw to us. Also alot of there cabs are mercedes and bmw's it kinda of funny, the 3' series beemer and mercedes are like are cavaliers and neons throw away cars. Plus the chargers do look good as cop cars.

Kuwait police were using Crown Vic's when I was here.
The Arabs (Saude, Iraq, Kuwait) love then old 4 Door chevrolet and Fords.

It was funny in Saude, they would wreck into each other, and just move it off the road, and people would pick them apart til there is nothing left but a shell.

I was watching Busted or Speeders:dontknow: on TV they show a all black Charger in a couple shows.

Hope they never get 'em around here, I'd probaley try racing it before i saw the lights!
