hey guys i just purchased mopar long tubes and catless mids prior to this i had stock manifolds and cats and strait pipes after that with just the resinator thats before the exhaust tips. After i installed the long tube headers and catless mids my truck is now very high pitched and sounds almost like a honda! its horrable does anyone have any ideas how to get the deep throaty sound back? and keep the headers and mids on

Put some mufflers on it;) Magnaflow, corsa, borla,B&B there's lots to chose from. I just paid for my set of mopar long tubes with catless mids and I'll just bolt them up to my existing Magnaflow cat back:rock:

Maybe cuz you have a regular cab.....send them to me and I will put them on my QC......I bet they will sound better :D

before I put my volant on the exhaust also sounded like a honda... but as stated above you can go wrong with magna flow... volant to long tubes to catless mids to magnaflow to an awesome exhaust note....

Pick up my Mopar Long Tubes this coming weekend from Donnie, that will give me Mopar Engine to Exhaust Tip... (Virginia Inspection Cats so going with High Flow Cats into the Mopar Mids) can't wait to hear the sound ... :)

when i put mine on i had 14 in glasspacks on it and the noise in the cab was deafening,,,i had a muffler shop install some turbo flow mufflers ,,,almost sounds like stock now ,,i also had them put in a H pipe before the mufflers,i can now hear my radio again

With that said, I may be glad I did the Kicker Upgrage, would never hear it with the OEM POS Speakers... :)

I would go with a Mopar/Borla catback way less drone (less snap crackle and pop too) than the Magnaflow and still a deep rumble,

When you do, please let me know, I want to hear them...Also, I might have some new B&B Mid high flow cats pipes for sale if you are interested...

How much you want for the High Flow Mids (you can send a pm if you don't want to publish) Deff interested... :)

Nice Honda ya got there :D
Go with the B&B if your budget allows.

I had a terrible sound after installing Powersticks and Bassani headers. I wanted to go with high flow mids but that weird ricey sound made me really reluctant to remove anything else restrictive... So I kept the cats. With a last ditch blind and desperate effort before totally starting over, I added a 3" Magnaflow X-pipe to the mix mounted before the Powersticks and suddenly she sounded deep throatier and became more aggressive.
