IMMEDIATELY after getting my azz handed to me by my own 3rd gear, I grabbed Boomer and begged to see the new Gen. IV shifter. I must say, it's VERY nice. Missing 3rd will be a thing of the past. It's smooth and precise.
I will be ordering one shortly.

Thanks for showing it to me, Boomer.
Oh, and for whooping my butt down the track. :D

NOTE: I spoke with Bone tonight. He's got a couple of HUNDRED pics that will be posted as soon as he gets back from Knoxville in about a week. He's got some GREAT shots!
