my 1st time ever being at the track.

I went to the track for the 1st time ever. I ran a 13.9@100mph, 8.9 in the 1/8th that was my best, as the evening went on the track got really bad and i was running 14.1's with squeeling in 3rd gear. Had a R/T's in the .1's ans .2's but also had a pretty bad one. Never lost a race so that was a good thing . It was 27degrees C and very humid out which didn't help times either. Raced a mustang with full slicks (as seen in video). Raced a trans-am with a 400 big block. Raced a 74 dodge ram with a 440 in it, a 70 dodge d100 with a 430hp 340ci and some other vehicles. All in all, had a blast and can totally see how you guys get addicted to that, also won a t-shirt for going 100mph. Also weighed my truck, 6050lbs without me in it and 1/2 tank. Was suprised it weighed that much.
What else could i do to my truck to make it a bit quicker, i'm not looking to redo my engine or anything crazy, just some bolt ons and stuff. My current mods are in my sig.

Get with Tony and order one of his Torque Convertors. Knock off half a second, easily.

The torque converter is to an automatic what a clutch is to a manual. Basically it's the link between the engine and transmission. They are expensive but worth the results.
