My Aunt is passing from cancer.....

I hear ya Bikertat. You have my prayers brother. I know this situation only too well. Today marks 6 months since my father passed back on Oct 15.

Walt, I am sorry to hear about your mother in law. I have thought of her and your family often over the last year. I hope she is comfortable and not suffering and your wife is holding up well.

Its not any easy time for any family going through this. It is still very surreal to me at times.

Thoughts and Prayers are with you and your families !!!!Hospice has got to be one of the best orginizations out there !!!Dealt with them with my Dad,my Brother my sister in law,and my Father in law !!!Actually had three deaths in 6 months,so I feel where you're coming from !!!Both my Brother and my Sister in law were only 53 when they passed !!!Never easy,but I'm still gretaful to Hospice !!!!

Damn, I thought I had an onslaught with both my parents. That was a tough year 6pak!!!:(

Sorry to hear of this,

We will keep you in our prayer's. Hospice is a great organization (My wife worked there for 5 years).
They should help her and your family out dramatically.
I certainly pray that your Aunt is comfortable (Pain Managed), and that you all continue to have strength for her during this time of need.

Life is such a wonderful gift, its such a shame that all our lives will one day end.

So we must cherish every day with the people that mean the most to us.

Don't dwell on her passing, but think of the wonderful life she lived.

I want to thank everyone again for all your kind words. I also want to thank you all for your thoughts and prayers.....My aunt lost her battle to cancer around 11 o'clock this morning at home surrounded by her family...She passed in her sleep, so I thank God she went the way she did.....I know now that she is in a better place with the some of the family---happy and peaceful.
Thanks again....and thanks from everyone in my family.....it is awesome to know that there are people out there that care enough to send their thoughts and prayers...

I am so sorry to hear your she lost the battel but like you said she is in a better place now with no pain
